FUTURE OWNED / PROPERTY RESEARCH

Beyond Bricks

Property as a test case for ownership, participation and the systems underneath them.

Property as a test case

Property brings ownership and legal title into contact with income, debt, equity and a physical asset. Regulation, valuation, liquidity, inheritance and taxation make it a useful place to ask what a new ownership model actually changes.

This is a research strand. BB Property’s real-world operations are distinct from these investigations. Any future experiment would need its own legal and commercial assessment; none is presented here as an available product.

Tokenisation is not ownership

A token may represent equity, debt, income rights, access, governance, provenance or a contractual claim. It does not automatically confer legal ownership of the underlying property. Start with the rights and the legal structure, then examine the record.

Signals informing the investigation

These developments concern financial infrastructure; they are not evidence that direct property ownership has become tokenised as standard practice.
